8 weeks and the difference in her physique is incredible🔥

She followed a very simple but effective diet plan. Her training has been levels above 💯

Positive attitude every morning even at 6AM. Consistency and lifestyle adjustment made around her social life has been 🔑.

Most important this will enable to continue her journey on her own with the knowledge ability to control her physique. 👌

Tony is buzzing with his progress.. and so he should be. Absolutely nailed it these last few month sticking to his diet plan (most of the time😂) training with me twice a week at plus hammering the cardio at . Meanwhile enjoying life outside of work and the gym, all about the balance.

I don’t quite believe it myself but the progress this lad has made in such a short space of time is unbelievable. He’s now got legs🍗

This has been achieved through a completely natural plan✍️

We have built a foundation by following a diet a plan and attending 3 sessions per week.
Diet Plan- adding alot more food than .97 was used to before he trained with me. Keeping it consistent every week .
Training - we follow a simple but effect progressive overload plan 👌!

What has achieved in only 15 sessions is incredible.
His body fat has dropped, His strength is increasing, and he’s shaping up just nicely.. not to mention he is feeling mint within himself.
Strictly following a simple diet plan, smashing cardio and training 100% every session.. the results show them self.
Well done this is just the beginning 🙌🏽
