Learning to surf in later life is a fantastic way to stay active, improve balance and fitness, and enjoy the outdoors. Spending time in the sea can boost wellbeing, reduce stress, and bring a real sense of achievement. It’s never too late to learn a new skill, meet new people, and experience the joy and freedom of riding your first wave.
