🏉 Our Walking Rugby section is growing 🏉

Training is Wednesday's 645-8pm at Bloxwich Stafford Road Sports Club

What is Walking Rugby?! 🤔

✅ 17+, male and female players wlecome
✅Typically played with 5–7 players per side on a smaller pitch (roughly 40m x 30m)
✅ Pass backward or laterally, with 2-3 seconds allowed to pass after being touched
✅ Ideal for those recovering from injury, older players, or beginners
❌ No Running: Participants must walk at all times, with one foot on the ground
❌ Non-Contact: Tackles are replaced by a two-handed touch on the player's torso

He has decided to to take the opportunity to become our DoR with a great opportunity to work with and experienced coaching team

This is what simon had to say

It is with great pleasure and an honour I have accepted the position of Director of Rugby at Bloxwich Rugby Club 🏉. I look forward to working with Chris and his team of coaches with what im sure will be a challenging but successful season.
I hope to assist an excellent hard working committee in bringing Bloxwich into other areas and schools and hopefully develope a youth section 👍
