Mark Andrews Bio:

As a youth, Mark had trials with Chelsea and Plymouth Argyle before signing as an Apprentice Professional for Brighton & Hove Albion who were then managed by Alan Mullery. Here Mark trained and played alongside such luminaries as Mark Lawrenson, Brian Horton and Eric Steele. On leaving Brighton, Mark trialled with Reading and Exeter before signing for Aldershot who were then pla

ying in the fourth tier of English Football. Spells then followed in non league with Worthing and a number of Sussex based clubs. A UEFA B Licence coach, Mark now runs his own Banbury based Coaching Company

Over the past thirteen years, Mark has worked in numerous Schools around Banbury providing after school clubs and PE support alongside out of school coaching courses, holiday camps and birthday parties. Mark has coached both male and female teams across various age groups at local clubs including Banbury United, Woodford United, Stockton, Racing Club Warwick and Mansfield Road. Previously an Academy Scout for Birmingham City and Coventry City, currently, Mark holds a number of positions:

Head Coach - Oxford Brookes University Women’s Football
Coach Mentor - The FA
Head Coach at the Oxford United - Banbury Player Development Centre
Academy Scout - Oxford United
Scout - Achieve Management

A member of both the FA Licensed Coaches Club and Oxfordshire FA Coaches Association, Mark is committed to personal continuous professional development (CPD).
