Side sit up π whenever I perform this exercise I feel so strong π
* Balance and control is required to stay steady on the box with just a small point of contact on my hip
* Hips and shoulders stay stacked and in alignment
*The range of motion and strength required for me to lower and lift my upper body makes me aware of just how much core strength I am using!
Its a great exercise and, when done slowly with complete control, only a few reps are needed to really feel how strong you are!
