☀️ FIT MUMMY MK HEATWAVE STRETCH BREAK ☀️
With classes temporarily cancelled during this hot weather, I still wanted to give you something simple you can do at home to keep your body moving and feeling good.
This gentle stretching routine takes just 10–15 minutes and is designed to help you:
💗 Ease aches and stiffness
💗 Release tension in your neck, shoulders and back
💗 Improve mobility and flexibility
💗 Reduce stress and boost your mood
💗 Take a few minutes for yourself (which every mum deserves!)
Remember, exercise doesn’t always have to be intense. Sometimes the most beneficial thing you can do is slow down, move gently and listen to your body.
🌡️ A few heatwave reminders:
💧 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
🧊 Keep a cold or frozen bottle of water nearby
👕 Wear light, breathable clothing
🏠 Stretch in a cool room if possible
🫶 Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or unwell
Whether your little one gives you 15 uninterrupted minutes or you’re squeezing stretches in between snacks, nappies and cuddles, every little bit counts.
