Gyms are quiet.
Work is winding down.
Routines go out the window while everyone waits for Christmas to start.

But when we put all the pressure on just a few days, the season can end up feeling a bit… underwhelming.

In this episode, I share my recent experiences on how food has impacted my mood, motivation, and energy. It's been a real eye-opener, and it's why I’m launching my 5-week Comeback Challenge starting 17th November.

I’ve spent the last few weeks on a wheat diet for coeliac testing, and honestly, it’s been brutal.
Headaches, bloating, constant hunger, rashes, and zero energy.

But it’s also reminded me how food affects everything. How we feel, how we move, and how we show up in life. Or don't in my case 😫

So I’m doing something about it.
💫 The Comeback Challenge starts Monday, 17th November, a 5 weeks of clean eating, movement, and rediscovery.

It’s not about shrinking ourselves it’s about finding out how good we can really feel.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. Not on purpose more because I’ve felt like I don’t have much to say that isn’t already being said by every other fitness professional out there, and it's boring.

Life’s shifted for me recently. My priorities have changed, and I’ve found myself craving something simpler.

Last weekend, we went camping for the first time in our rooftop tent. Our first real adventure! And the only photo I took? A random mushroom in a field 🍄 Hardly first-rate content, but it made me smile.

I chose to put my phone away.
And lately, I’ve found myself leaving it at home when we head out, a conscious break from technology and a quiet reconnection with nature.

Sometimes, less really is more.

Is this going to get me more clients, likes, follows??? Probably not. The truth is reconnecting with who you are, and seeing the beauty that is all around us is something we should all be doing more of.

When was the last time you truly switched off and just were? Xx
