Join The Elite is an up-and-coming local business which offers a wide variety of services from personal training to lifestyle courses and sports therapy massages. We can not only train you for various goals from weight loss to muscle gain, or even sport specific targets. But we also offer courses such as nutrition and stop smoking courses, which are not only an investment in your future health, bu

t also at highly competitive rates to begin with. As we are a start up business, we do have a price guide, but the prices are also negotiable, dependant on how many you book. Another service we offer is sports therapy massages and rehabilitation; so if you have been injured, talk to us about how best to get you back on your feet, as quickly as possible.
