We're delighted to announce Joshua Sprules as Head Coach of Bletchley Women's Senior Team for the 2026/27 season.

A proud Bletchley man through and through, Josh brings a wealth of experience, passion and commitment to the role. With 221 appearances for the club and 21 caps for the England Deaf team, he understands exactly what it means to represent both club and country.

Having already played a key role within the women's setup, Josh's dedication to developing players, building a strong culture, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive makes him the perfect person to lead the next chapter of Bletchley Women's rugby.

The future is exciting, the work starts now, and we can't wait to see where this journey takes us.

Kyle has truly embodied what commitment to a club looks like. Balancing his role as a player while leading the Womenโ€™s team, alongside supporting the club in so many other ways, has been an outstanding effort. His dedication, passion and willingness to give his time have made a lasting impact on everyone around him.

As his family grows and he takes on new challenges in his professional life, Kyle has stepped down from leading the Womenโ€™s section. The influence he has had on the team cannot be overstated, and his contribution will be remembered for many years to come.

Thankfully, this is not goodbye. Kyle plans to continue playing for the club and, having passed the coaching baton to three trusted co-coaches, we have no doubt he will still be on hand with advice, support and encouragement from the touchline.

On behalf of everyone at Bletchley Rugby Club, we would like to thank Kyle for everything he has given to the Womenโ€™s section and to the club as a whole.

While not a player on the pitch, Mollie has been an invaluable part of the team throughout the season. As Assistant Coach, she has given countless hours to supporting players, helping sessions run smoothly, and creating an environment where everyone can develop and enjoy their rugby.

Her dedication, commitment, and positive influence have not gone unnoticed, and Head Coach Kyle wanted to recognise the impact she has had across the squad this year.
