12 years.(in the sport, not in training, that’s longer)
Not a phase. Not a hobby. A life I chose—and one that chose me back.
I didn’t just train. I lived it. Every early morning, every late night, every meal weighed out when no one was watching. I learned discipline when motivation wasn’t there. I learned patience when results took longer than I wanted. I learned resilience when my body hurt and my mind told me to stop.
Bodybuilding didn’t just change how I look—it changed who I am.
It built more than muscle. It built structure in my life. It taught me how to show up for myself, even when it was inconvenient. Especially when it was inconvenient. It showed me the difference between interest and commitment.
Over time, it stopped being something I did… and became part of me.
I became someone who doesn’t quit when things get hard. Someone who understands that growth is uncomfortable. Someone who respects the process, not just the outcome.
There were sacrifices. There always are. Missed moments, strict routines, days where the mirror didn’t reflect the effort I knew I gave. But those moments shaped me just as much as the wins did.
I lived it.I learned it.And somewhere along the way… I let it become me.
And I wouldn’t change that for anything.
