🌞 Stay on Track While on Holiday 🌞

At Fitter Body Ladies, we know holidays are a time to relax and enjoy yourself, but that doesn’t mean you have to lose sight of your health & fitness goals. Here are some tips to stay on track without feeling deprived:

1. Stay Active Outdoors: Explore your holiday destination by walking, hiking, or cycling. It’s a fun way to see the sights and get your exercise in. 🚶‍♀️🚴‍♀️

2. Healthy Picnics: Pack a nutritious picnic for the beach or park. Include plenty of fruits, veggies, and our delicious healthy pasta salad. 🥗

3. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially in the heat. Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger. 💧

4. Balanced Meals: Enjoy local cuisine in moderation. Balance indulgent meals with lighter, healthier options. 🌮🍇

5. Mindful Eating: Take the time to savour your meals and listen to your body’s hunger cues. Eating mindfully can prevent overeating. 🌸

A massive congratulations to Sam who was on our June 28 day transformation program!

Sam lost 4.5lbs in weight and 10cms from her chest, waist and thighs but looking at her before and after photo, you can see that she lost a whole lot more!

Sometimes, the best way to see change is in your clothes and photos as they show the magnitude of the changes really happening!

To say Sam was delighted is an understatement! She was committed to her sessions and nutrition and her focus was on point!

Here’s a quick and tasty recipe for a Berry Green Smoothie Ice Lolly that’s perfect for a post-workout treat or a refreshing snack on a hot day:

Ingredients:
- 150 grams mixed berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 grams spinach or kale (tough stems removed)
- 120 mls coconut water or almond milk
- 15 mls honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)

Instructions:
1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds.
3. Freeze for about 4-6 hours or until solid.
4. Briefly run the mould under warm water to easily remove the ice lollies.
5. Enjoy your refreshing, healthy treat!

Perfect for a quick, nutritious snack to help stay cool and fueled!

I know when the tunes are banging cos the ladies sing along in their session (if they’ve got enough breath for it that is! 🙈). When they’re a miss, they just blatantly tell me to change the music 🤣🤦‍♀️.

Our 28 day transformation challenge is your introduction to us. There is no obligation to stay on after the 28 days.

But once you become a member, your journey doesn’t stop there! We often run challenges to keep you focused towards your goals.

Sometimes they’re food related, other times fitness related.

From today we start our Super 8 challenge, which is all about getting into better habits.

For the next 8 weeks, the ladies are focused on things they’ve been meaning to do but haven’t quite got round to doing… it doesn’t even need to be gym related. It could be declutterring, having a bubble bath three times a week, checking in with a different friend once a week.

We are . We are so much more and I can’t wait to see what positive results the ladies will have at the end of the next 8 weeks!
