🌞 Stay on Track While on Holiday 🌞
At Fitter Body Ladies, we know holidays are a time to relax and enjoy yourself, but that doesn’t mean you have to lose sight of your health & fitness goals. Here are some tips to stay on track without feeling deprived:
1. Stay Active Outdoors: Explore your holiday destination by walking, hiking, or cycling. It’s a fun way to see the sights and get your exercise in. 🚶♀️🚴♀️
2. Healthy Picnics: Pack a nutritious picnic for the beach or park. Include plenty of fruits, veggies, and our delicious healthy pasta salad. 🥗
3. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially in the heat. Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger. 💧
4. Balanced Meals: Enjoy local cuisine in moderation. Balance indulgent meals with lighter, healthier options. 🌮🍇
5. Mindful Eating: Take the time to savour your meals and listen to your body’s hunger cues. Eating mindfully can prevent overeating. 🌸
