Hi everyone - you may have noticed already, but Take Shape Health has closed its indoor gym and we're now up and running as WildFit Surrey – a fresh-air exercise concept promising adventure, fun and fitness. We're very excited about this new chapter and particularly about fully embracing our passion and commitment to exercising in the great outdoors. Visitors can sign up for circuits, private fitness sessions or book a place on one of the Holistic Retreats that occur throughout the year - next one is Yoga & Nutrition Day Retreat on Friday 5 August with Annabel Broom.

There is also a range of group sessions on offer, including Fun Team Building and Children’s Birthday Parties.
