Each days a challenge and we move to the next level 🚀

✅ Both 1–1 clients and group sessions working really hard. Big push for summer holidays incoming ☀️ 👏🏻

✅ Third time doing the Blaydon race! Although just short of my time from last year, I definitely enjoyed this one the most. Running it with friends and feeling the fittest I’ve been💪🏻

✅ A massive well done to the guys taking on my 3 week step challenge. Some of the results were incredible, hats off to you all. Watch out for the next one…

✅ Spending time out with family & friends. Appreciate what you’ve got🤍

Blaydon Race 2026 🏃‍♂️

For those who know running is not my favourite activity🤣 However I actually enjoyed this one! Great local route, great crack and didn’t get too wet.

Happy with my time just a few seconds short of last year’s time. Now back to strength training ahead of my strongman event in October💪🏻

Super busy week. New challenges. Great times.

✅ Some big wins this week, clients hitting their target weight loss & performance goals. Keep up the great work guys 👏🏻

✅ Blaydon Race is 2 weeks out. First 10k of the year boxed off, few more runs before we smash it out 🏃‍♂️

✅ First week with the team tackling the step challenge. A daily task to improve overall movement. What a team there is, some unbelievable daily steps. Well done to you all.

✅ Keeping on track with nutrition is key 🔑 during these busy times and long weekend.

✅ Quality time out, spending time with the family. Great way to reset before back to it.

Follow the process ⚡️

My 2026 goal is to focus on strength training and see improvement in my 3 big lifts. Following a plan, sticking to a routine and monitoring my nutrition is key to seeing any development in this area.

Test week last week, manage to nail some PBs which has started my journey this year on the right foot with some big jumps within 6 weeks worth of consistency💪🏻

Back Squat - 110kg ➡️ 140kg
Deadlift - 170kg ➡️ 190kg
Bench Press - 90kg ➡️ 107kg

A few strength events to take part in this year so watch this space👊
