osophies. Our philosophy is that training and exercise should mirror the movements of everyday life and that of athletes. We don't use the traditional gym methods based on bodybuilding or power lifting. Why, because these modes don't follow natural movement. We don't promote cross training as this tends to employ too much metal and not enough considered movement. What we do promote is fun, collective, engaging health and wellbeing practises to get you out of pain, being overweight or get ready for the next phase of your life.
