We are a family run business set in the beautiful Dorset countryside offering livery, arena hire and training clinics. We aim to provide a high quality service for all ages and abilities in a friendly and welcoming environment.

🙏Please Lord give me Strength 🙏

Sorry guys but I'm going to have a grumble, we're getting more than a little fed up with how some are treating our venue, the rules are very clear, there is a sizable sign just next to the gate you exit before coming out the arena that reminds you of how it should be left, the requests are simple & they make the experience of the next person going in after you more enjoyable & from our perspective, our life a little easier when we are coming in for maintenance (which is incredibly high at the moment with the temperatures as they are).

As a venue we are very reasonably priced & very accommodating (& on multiple levels) but recently, I'm seriously wondering why we bother.

* Since the new jumps have gone in (6 weeks ago) we've had a brand new filler broken without anyone telling us about it.
* The brand new poles (at £55 each) are still being used as ground poles when we've asked for the flexi poles to be used- they don't break if they are trodden on.
* Droppings still aren't being picked up in both the arena & car park
* Poles are being left on the ground (they should be put back on the wings at the end of your session so it's ready to jump for the next person)
*V poles are being left up on jumps.
*Oxers are being dismantled & distances are being changed without being put back
* Safety cups are being taken off & left on the ground
* Sand bags are being pulled off & not put back on, I know they are a pain but they save the jumps from going over in windy weather and getting damaged.
*The water tray is being walked over by horses (it now has a subsequent tear in it)- there is a blue tarpaulin in the box outside the arena that can be used instead, move the water tray to one side so no further damage is caused.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE follow our requests, we put an awful lot in to the venue & facilities, all we're asking for is that same consideration back.

12 x 12 American barn stables
Year round individual grazing with mains electric and self-filling water troughs (company either side)
50 x 70 outdoor school with flood lights & permanent BSJA / AE course set up
Dressage boards on grass (weather permitting)
20 x 60 outdoor school with flood lights, mirrors & full set of jump for joy show jumps
54ft round pen with lights
Hot wash bay
Solarium
Good hacking
Regular clinics
Accredited instructor on site for lessons (external instructors also welcome)
FWEC's and worming included in price
Hay and haylage available on site
Trailer / lorry parking available (£24 pcm)
Secure yards with plenty of hard standing
Storage areas

👌 NEW FLEXI POLES 👌

For inclusion of pole work, placing poles or specific pole exercises into your arena hires and clinics - we now have a selection of coloured flexi poles for use as ground poles! 👌

We do ask that the flexi poles are used instead of any of our wooden poles, if using on the ground. 💚❤️💙💛
