Massy's Gym Local family run gym and studio. Available for membership, casual use and private hire. Spring loaded studio floor, ideal for exercise!

Our gym membership is available for just £22 per calendar month. The gym is open from 8am until 10pm, every day. Induction is essential at a further cost. A wide range of weekly fitness classes available and fitness courses are run at intervals throughout the year. The studio has a spring loaded floor which absorbs shock during exercise, which helps prevent injury. Personal Training is another opt

BOXERCISE IS BACK!!!!!

Every Wednesday for 6 weeks starting Wednesday 4th May at 7pm.

Please note this is more of an intermediate level but enthusiastic people are more than welcome for this hard, yet amazingly fun workout!

£40 for the full 6 weeks.

Followed by pull ups:

21 reps of each, 15 of each, finishing with 9 each.
