Our events
In these uncertain times, SWE wanted to tell you what we are doing to tackle the spread of COVID-19 to help ensure the safety of our guests & workers.
Your Safety
Our mission statement is to ensure our guests have a great time and a safe time. We take pride in the fact that we provide a safe, clean environment for you, your friends and loved ones to have fun and enjoy. However, in response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have taken additional measures to make sure our venue is a clean environment.
We remind guests to comply with hygiene guidelines and ask those who have a recent onset of a new continuous cough and/or high temperature to refrain from attending the events. As official guidance is updated, we too will update our guests and workers.
We are encouraging all staff, workers and guests to follow World Health Organisation guidelines and to increase hand washing as well as only coughing and sneezing into a tissue.
We are committing more resources to our already high standard of events and cleaning process. This will ensure that all areas of our venue that are regularly used will be cleaned and disinfected.
We are updating and monitoring an awareness programme on social media to remind users to take preventative action in respect of their own health and hygiene.
Our venue have increased their daytime cleaning of all high-frequency touch points.
The WHO guidelines state that 1m must be maintained where possible, which we will adhere too so distancing can be achieved.
Stay at home if you have either:
A high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
A new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
How long should you stay at home:
If you have symptoms, stay at home for 7 days
If you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms

In line with the following advice we advise at-risk people to refrain from visiting our facilities at the present time, and we request that anyone suffering from any of the side effects stay away from the events and or training and follow official advice. This all helps to keep our guests, workers and staff as-well as the public safe.
We want to wish you all well in this challenging time, and we hope that you and your families are staying safe, following official guidance and remaining as healthy as possible.
