Little nugget popped up on the memories.
Jason David Greenwood was an absolute pleasure to train and the perfect example of if you want it for the right reasons and have the correct training approach it can be done.
6years ago this, there's been a few success stories since but this 1 holds a special place in my heart.

Absolute sterling effort from the Blair Bootcamp tonight, a few obstacles smashed and left behind where they belong. Everyone putting in a top performance to a hard session (if you know, you know 🤫)

A small side note to those who book in the future. If you reserve a slot please use it..as tonight was the 1st session in Blair I chose to cap it at 10 people so 1st timers weren't overwhelmed.

There were 10 booked and as a result of this I had to turn 3 people down for slots but as you can see there were only 5 so those 3 could've come along.

Saying that I know real life s**t happens that we can't control so on a positive note well done and I look forward to seeing everyone next Wednesday 💪🧡🦍

The mat or towel is optional, you will be doing some floor exercises so all its there for is to minimize mess

We were 1 down tonight, this is a great example of how a group of friends can band together, split the costs of Group PT and if everyone has similar goals it works a treat. This being 1 of the bigger groups being 5 of the girls who train twice weekly its a great way to get your fitness in and have a good time with your friends.

Tag your friends and finally make that change you've been thinking about
