OPEN DAY

We would like to thank everyone who came along to our Open Day! We’re delighted that we were able to squeeze everyone into the class experience.

The energy was fantastic, and it was great to hear so many positive comments from members watching on from their private sessions.

We’re also excited to welcome our new members and to see the sauna, plunge pool, and sports massage helping to support recovery after hard training throughout the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated to the Girls’ Under-11s football team. We raised £150. This is only the start. Looking forward to another big fundraising push in September to add to the team pot with the return of our popular SUPERTEAMS event!

This year Barr Fitness have chosen to support Blairgowrie & Rattray U11 Girls Football Team.

We want to provide support for these upcoming superstars starting with our open gym event this Saturday 1st Aug.

There will be refreshments for everyone to enjoy whether you’re taking part in the activities directly or coming by to look around and show your support.

We are thrilled to be welcoming Hotbox Sauna Co. to Barr Fitness this coming Saturday as part of our open day event. This eco-friendly wellness experience provides rustic charms with spa level comfort on demand and it’s not one to be missed.

You will be able to access the sauna/plunge pool and make use of our full changing rooms and shower facilities as desired.

Message us directly if you are unsure of any arrangements or how to best enjoy the experience on the day.

As part of a fitness regime sauna use has lots of clear benefits including improved recovery physically/mentally, benefits to the cardiovascular system over time and joint mobility/flexibility bonuses (consider some light stretching after your sessions in future).

8am - Muscle Mix & Core 60mins
9:15am - HYBRID Training 60mins
10:30am - Strength 60mins

Just drop us a message to book a class ([email protected]). This will be on a first come basis. Classes are limited to 12 people.

After class or gym session free use of the Hotbox Sauna and plunge pool.

On the day we also have Lucy Blair from ‘Sports Performance’ offering 10-15min massages.
