Are you training… or just exercising?
There’s nothing wrong with exercise. It keeps you active, gets you sweating, and is always better than doing nothing.
But exercise on its own is often random. It’s based on how you feel that day. No clear direction. No real plan. No way to measure progress.
Training is different.
Training has structure.
Training has intent.
Training follows a plan built around progression.
It’s not just about doing more, it’s about doing what matters, in the right order, at the right time.
Exercise might make you feel tired after a session.
Training is what actually makes you stronger, fitter, and better over time.
If you feel like you’ve been putting in the work but not seeing the results you want… it’s probably not effort you’re missing - it’s structure.
