Two classes this week. Both in the Rattray Hall, Balmoral Rd:

Mon - 6pm - Dance Fitness (like Zumba)

We be using kettlebells or light dumbbells for the toning section of the class - equipment provided.

Please note: there will be no Birkhill class this week due to elections

Hi all, I have just spotted on another page there is another road closure that means I have to detour to get to Birkhill.
