Sunday was Championship Finals day at the club. The weather was not great but that did not stop the action on the green. Well done to Gordon Robertson in winning the Seniors Gent's Championship, Judy Duncan winning the Ladies Club Championship and Alan Cruickshank winning the Gent's Club Championship. Commiserations to the runner's up who all did well in getting to finals day. Thank you to everyone who came to support all finalists, it was one of the busiest finals days we have had in a while.

Due to a clash of dates and important bowling games getting played at the club we have to cancel the planned family fun day.

We are sorry to anyone who planned to attend the day and we will try our best to work out another date for it.

Please share far and wide and come and have a try at bowling. Check out the club facilities on offer and become a member. The game of bowls is steadily growing so come and be a part of it and have fun and laughs in the process no matter what age you are. Ps please wear as flat shoes as you can to protect our green.
