Most people think progress = the scale going down
Yes over time the scale WILL trend down however..
Your weight can stay the same while:
• You’re losing fat
• Building muscle
• Getting stronger
The scale doesn’t know:
• How much muscle you’re building
• How much water you’re holding
• How consistent you’ve been
• How your clothes fit
• How your performance is improving
And progress isn’t just having abs.
It’s strength, consistency, energy, confidence, and sustainability.
