We at Big Dragons Gym would like to invite our members & the general public in Blaenau or wherever to take part in a hike up Snowdon🏔️

It’s to raise money for the following:-

Men’s mental health Awerenes Month ✅

Sucide awareness✅

Mental shift ( sucide awesness prevention )✅

Josh Raynolds 2 years ago this young man tragically took his own life as have so many . Most of us have lost friends & family nearest and dearest to Mental Health. It’s fair to say sadly most of us are familiar with this type of Loss. We will donate the money to the
12-19 BJJ community as I believe strongly training helps the state of mind massively and young people’s mental health is greatly over looked.
The walk will take place 28th June 2026 leaving from llanberis path at 8am

Love this picture turned up to the gym with a new machine Wednesday night thinking how on earth will I get this thing in without breaking myself 🙌🏻😂
Neil came to meet me fair play,even then would have been a struggle 😊 then over in the far corner we see 2 tanks with the strength of 20 shire horses willing to make light work of it 🤣

Awesome shop here in Blaenau Ffestiniog Nature's Nurture all healthy local produce you name it they stock it… Got myself some Organic Milk like the old silver top back in the day 🤤
And some locally framed eggs 🥚✅
