Come and train fully body with me!💪
Body is feeling tired and weaker this week so no heavy weights focus for this session! No two weeks in a woman’s body are ever the same. Some weeks I feel unstoppable, lifting heavier and moving with power. Other weeks I’m slower, softer, more tired , and that’s okay too. Hormones, stress, sleep, nutrition - it all plays a role. Strength isn’t just about the weight on the bar, it’s about showing up through every phase🩷Be kind to yourself🩷
