Meet our new AGM, Lauren 👋🏼

You've probably seen Lauren around the Gym, training, teaching classes & taking clients through sessions over the last year.

An opportunity to step back into management after a little break away presented itself and she threw herself straight at the opportunity.

She's super excited to be back in a role she thrives in while also continuing her passion as a Coach in empowering women to take up space in the gym, cultivate healthier lifestyles, habits and generally become more confident in their abilities.

Blackwood will be turning 1 on the 17th October and we want to celebrate WITH you, our members! So we are throwing it down with a Bike & Burpee Birthday Bash on Friday 16th of October.

Register with a partner today and join us in covering 365km and 365 Burpees from 6am - 8pm on Friday 16th October.

You and your partner will have 30 minutes to cover as much of the 365km on the bike & 365 burpees as you can.
