A little late to the New Year post, but 2025 deserved a proper reflection.

It’s been a year of massive change and some incredible moments. Moving into was a huge step; the gym and the staff there have been brilliant, and the business has only gone from strength to strength.

From individuals looking to find their confidence in the gym to sports clients building on their performance (and everything in between) I’ve built a client base I’m incredibly proud of.

This year also allowed me to branch further into sports coaching, focusing on speed and performance across a variety of sports.

I've continued to grow as an athletics coach too. I’ve been lucky to work with a committed group of athletes who pushed themselves further than ever. A real highlight was watching .webbx compete for the first time at the British Championships. Now we're focused on staying at that elite level

On a personal note, I finally ticked off the big fitness targets I set for myself years ago. While those are checked off, there is still plenty of work to be done. I’m always looking to improve, both for myself and as a coach for my clients.

Here’s to 2026 and getting a little bit better every time.

Massive shoutout to for his incredible transformation!

Over the past three months, he’s been committed to building sustainable habits not just in the gym but in everyday life.

By shifting his mindset from quick fixes to long-term progress, Luke has:

• Built confidence in the gym
• Lost weight
• Gained strength
• Built a healthier relationship with food and exercise

Here’s how we did it:
1. Injury Management: We incorporated targeted warm-ups and exercises so he could train pain-free, while also managing old shoulder and back issues.
2. Diet and nutrition: No more bland “chicken and rice” meals. Instead, we focused on a varied, flexible, and enjoyable nutrition advice he could stick to and look forward to eating.
3. Goal-Focused Training: We built a program tailored to his aims and goals. From our first assessment, we targeted muscle growth, strength improvements, and better weightlifting technique.

The effort Luke has put in has been nothing short of inspiring and this is just the beginning! Can’t wait to see where he goes next!

Client Spotlight: .webbx

As I celebrate my first full year in business, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible people I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside

Millie stands out as the person I’ve worked with the longest, I’ve been her athletics coach for eight years and her personal trainer for the past year.

Millie has made huge strides by stepping up to compete in her first major athletics championship as a senior athlete, and even set a massive personal best to get there!

Her impressive performances are a true show of her determination and sheer hard work. Millie is consistently driven to improve. No matter how tough the session, she always pushes herself to be her best. Her perseverance, especially when things get challenging, truly shows what she’s capable of.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to see what she’ll achieve for the rest of this season and beyond. With her level of commitment, I’m sure there are many more exciting achievements to come!

I’m truly grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her, and I'm confident that her dedication will continue to lead to amazing opportunities in the future

Reflecting on my first year in business, and I don’t think I could have asked for more!

This journey has been beyond anything I could have imagined, and I'm so thankful to everybody who has supported me along the way. Your support means the world to me. 🙏

This year I’ve had the pleasure of really doing what I love, working with incredible clients and athletes, witnessing their growth and helping them achieve their goals has been the most rewarding experience 💪
