The Commonwealth Games 2026 selection process is now complete ✅

Both Harrison and Dan have balanced full-time training with university and work over the past 6 months, while also managing periods of injury and keeping themselves in contention throughout the trials. We are extremely proud to announce that Dan has been selected as reserve for the team — an amazing achievement after a very demanding few months. Huge congratulations to both Dan and coach Aled, who has worked tirelessly with both athletes 👏👏👏

We are also delighted to announce that Liz has been selected as a judging official at the Games - a huge achievement after many years of hard work, judging voluntarily at regional, national and international events - again balancing this with full time work, coaching and parenthood! 👏👏👏

At VGA we focus on individual journeys - and we are SO proud of each of the 4 who committed to the selection process - a huge achievement based on long journeys in our wonderful sport! Congratulations to all - we exceptionally proud of each and every one of you; all you’ve given and all you’ve achieved!

Open Play Sessions for Toddlers at VGA Crumlin!

Our Open Play sessions are always a super way for little ones (from toddling) to burn energy and develop their fundamental movement skills! There is no need to book - just head over and join in the fun!

Sessions are £6.50 - discount for siblings - and this includes a free hot drink for a parent / carer in our superb Coffee Lounge!
