Presentation Night
For 2024/2025 Season

Fantastic night entertainment was outstanding along with a great atmosphere.

Big thanks to Gilfach Workmens Club for hosting the presentation night and providing the entertainment who also paid her to stay on longer as she was that good.

AGM for new season is Tuesday 6th January 2025 if anyone wishes to enter a new team or an existing team. 19:30 at Gilfach Workmens Club.

**Gilfach Skittle League - Notice of AGM for the 2026 Season**

Tuesday 6th January 2026 - Gilfach Workmens Club - 19:30pm

Dear Teams,

We hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2026 season of the Gilfach Skittle League. We are excited to announce that this season will return to our traditional format, where each team will play against every other team twice—once at home and once away.

**Important Information:**

- **Rule Amendments:** If any teams wish to propose amendments to existing rules or suggest new ones, please submit your requests in writing to the league secretary by **Saturday, December 27, 2025**. Please note that any correspondence received after this date will not be considered.

- **AGM Attendance:** All teams wishing to re-enter or enter a new team must attend this AGM. Additionally, each team must complete the team registration sheet, which will be available on our website. A link will also be posted in this announcement.

- **Deposit Requirement:** All teams, both new and existing, are required to bring a **£20 deposit** to the meeting. This deposit will be deducted from the league fees for the upcoming season, the amount of which will be discussed during the AGM.
