Here we are teaching our Junior warriors basic footwork, striking and movement‼️

The fundamentals are key 🔑 and drilling these are so important as a base to work from from an early age.

Combine this with a really fun and friendly environment and thats the sweet spot 💪

After 8 years of classes on the fylde coast we are super excited to announce that we are going to be starting our Self Defence and fitness classes for all ages in Penwortham “Preston”.

We cant wait to bring our 5* classes on Google and Facebook to Preston and help safeguard and build confidence to Juniors Teens and Adults that come to us.

Best bit is first class is absolutely FREE, no obligation at all, there is however a waiting list to join at the attached link and numbers are also capped at 20 per class to give each student the attention they require.
