How the Online Coaching process? - this is when a client signs up to a tailored exercise plan to follow with continued specialist guidance from myself.
How do we track progress? - Body measurements and progress pictures are taken at the beginning and end of program. If client isn’t local then they provide the measurements to me.
How often are check ins? - 1-2 times a week either over message or video call.
How do you tailor my plan? - the plan is tailored based on the information you provide on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and in the free consultation.
Day 1 of signing up to your online coaching, what can I expect? - free consultation to discuss your plan and build a rapport, then a free personal training session to go through the plan in full detail and I’ll also email a welcome pack and an informed consent form.
Are the workouts just gym based? - plans are tailored to your lifestyle and fitness level, whether that’s either in the gym or limited to home workouts.
What happens at the end of my plan? - clients have the option to renew and progress even further. Or if they’re happy with their results then there’s no pressure from me to sign up again.
