What’s the difference between a 350g and 500g Judo suit? 🥋
If you're buying a Judo gi for the first time, this can be confusing.

✔ 250–350g Judo suits are lighter and ideal for beginners and children starting training.
✔ 500g+ Judo suits are heavier, more durable and often preferred for regular training and grading.

If your child is just starting out, a lightweight beginner Judo suit is usually the best place to start.
