“I started working with Rachel and Rebecca in September 2020, about five months after I had my second baby. I needed someone to give me a kick up the bum to get back into exercise and to start looking after myself again. The sessions are challenging but I love the time to focus on myself (away from the children!) and I feel much fitter stronger.
I have learnt so much about nutrition from all the online resources and the q&a sessions. Ive always struggled with my weight and body confidence issues. The most important thing that I have learnt is that these fad diets and quick fixes do not work and it is all about making manageable changes to your lifestyle and still being able to enjoy the foods I love.
With a lot of help and guidance, I’ve finally accepted, that the scales are not the only way to measure progress and being confident and feeling good is not dependent on the number on the scales.
I’m fitting in clothes that I wore in my early 20s before I got married and had my two kids and I’m feeling much more body confident and have so much more energy. I’m so pleased with my progress so far and know that I couldn’t have done it without all the help and support from Rachel and Rebecca.”
