Great progress with Connor today working on improving posture and general setup to help restructure his swing to give much more consistency. We also used the Connector to encourage the club, arms and body to work together rather than too armsy.

When working with players on swing changes it’s crucial for them to understand how a change really feels to be successful with that change.

Please replace your divots on the course and when using the range at Staining Lodge Golf Course.

One of the perks of practising on the grass at Staining Lodge Golf Course is being able to hit from real turf. Please repair your divots when you’ve finished so the grass can grow back.
