Hey party people - we are now shut for winter time, however do not worry - we will be back very soon with a new day and a new time

Monday - Commencing 23rd March

Bookings ready to be made - the first 5 people to block book will get the first 6 sessions at an amazing rate of £4.75 per class (usual price £6)

We are plummeting into the second half of November -
There are 3 camps, especially at this time of year!

Camp 1 - Given up until 2025 and are in the ‘Ill start in January’ Gang
Camp 2 - Still smashing it and continue to show up, week on week
Camp 3 - Very hit and miss, go all or nothing, sometimes On, sometimes Off

Whatever camp you sit in, remember you still have 43 days to Kick 2025’s ass
Whatever your goals >40 days is a great amount of time to win the month end -
