I’m so happy to announce that starting from Monday 7th September, I’ll be running physiotherapy clinics from Ems Fitness Hub | Strength Training & Run Specialist | Blackpool from 4:00 PM!

Whether you’re an athlete competing on the pitch, a regular in the gym, or someone just dealing with day-to-day aches and pains—my books are open to everyone.

🇬🇧 GB U16's FastPitch Softball European Championship 🇬🇧

What an experience! I feel so incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to be this team's physiotherapist and pitchside medic cover during their tournament. Each one of them made their country proud!
