𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙁𝙁 𝙍𝙄𝘿𝙀𝙎 𝙏𝙊 𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔, 𝙊𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙄𝙉 🎯

Saturday saw the fourth event in the Icon Darts Events 2026 Series 🏆

The event was once again stacked with some top quality players and performances. A notable mention has to go to Icon first-timer, Max Daly. 13 year old Max produced the second highest running group average of the day and narrowly lost to ex-pro Willie Borland in the Semi finals of the knockout

Willie had an impressive tournament average of 81.30 and played some fantastic darts all day

He looked unbeatable but Jordan Brooks had other ideas, in the final. A tournament average of 83.80 and a phenomenal performance in the final saw Jordan take the title with a 5-3 win. It's his second main title of the season and he's hot on the heels of Scott Dale, for the most decorated Icon player of all time

Over in the plate Matt Bardsley won his first Icon title, with a win over Harrison Southern in the final. Well done guys

What a day yesterday at Icon Darts Events Series - Event 4, where our very own Max Daly made his debut in the series… and absolutely announced himself!

At just 13 years old, Max battled his way all the way to the semi‑finals, where he faced former PDC professional Willie Borland. And he didn’t just show up - he took Willie all the way, pushing him to the wire with a performance full of maturity, bottle, and serious talent.

Big scoring. Composed finishing. No fear.
Just pure darts from a young lad who keeps proving he belongs at this level.

The event was live‑streamed and commentated by NWDC’s own Chris Lomas, and we’re not done yet... keep your eyes peeled over the next few days for an exclusive Q&A with Max and Chris, giving you a behind‑the‑scenes look at one of the brightest young talents in the region.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻 🎯 A strong field took to the Talbot Blackpool, on Saturday!

We had a host of great players again but it was Tameside teenager, Declan Mainwaring who won the event in style🏆

With only one loss in the group stages Declan was in fine form all day, but non moreso than in the final. Declan dismantled darting veteran, Rob Rickwood 5-0 in the final 👏🏼

Rob had some great wins himself and produced some of the best averages of the day, consistently.

Huge congratulations Declan and commiserations to Rob 🎯

Over in the plate two locals Todd Richardson and young Kieran Adams-Reavey battled away for the win. Kieran fought hard but Todd ran away with it, 3-0
