Don’t let the heat beat you this summer! It is critical for your health that you stay extra hydrated during these hot summer days, and here are a few tips and tricks to help keep you hydrated!

Drink more if you are exercising today/tonight.

Remember there is a lot of fruit and salad that contains water to help you be hydrated. Cucumber, watermelon, fruit, leafy greens tomatoes, celery, brocolli. Plus anything fluid you drink!!!

Technical issues at the end didnt even stop us, thanks to some clever physics demonstrated by Jill Carruthers) and our ability to say ah well...and carry on. I really do have the best clubbers!!!!
