This is my 3 month body transformation! These pictures were taken 3 months apart and what can I say I’m a completely different person! I just made sure I did the 3 basics of EAT, SLEEP and TRAIN HARD and it’s paid off!
I couldn’t be happier with my results, even I’m surprised with how much I’ve progressed in such a short amount of time! This just shows that hard work does indeed pay off!!

Physique update!!!
7 weeks ago when gyms re opened I was skinny, weak and most importantly unmotivated! Fast forward 7 weeks and I’m in the best shape of my life and I couldn’t be happier with myself!! In 7 weeks I’ve put on 2 stone of weight and it feels like another 2 stone in self confidence! I’m proud with my results but I’m more proud of my ability to stick to something hard and difficult! Training 2 hours a day every single day is tough but I pulled through and never missed a session it just shows what determination and a strong mentality can do!
There is still a long way to go with my physique but I’m slowly getting there and I hope in another 7 weeks it can improve even more and my motivation can stay at the all time high it’s currently at! Have a good night everyone! ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻

Of course it’s going to be hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it even sweeter when you achieve your goals! Put the effort in now and you’ll reep the rewards! 😊
