But why Ju-jitsu?
Is it healthy?
Absolutely, it’s suitable for any fitness point, you’ll grow stronger and more flexible and feel the benefit in everyday life.
Is it more fun than the gym?
Try it yourself and decide, it challenges mind and body and each class is different.

It’s a new year, make a new start.
Rumi ju-jitsu is a traditional martial art, children’s classes (7-16) every Sunday at 1.30pm till 2.30pm at LITTLE HARWOOD COMMUNITY CENTRE ( Rd Uco LH)
