Well done team for a sweaty one 💪

One of the stations tonight was 5mins of burpees… I set a target of 100 reps and they laughed … then all proceeded to get close to my target!

Cheryl was gutted to miss by 4!

Moral of the story.. sometimes we don’t believe in what we are capable of! A coach can set those expectations or goals that you never would have attempted if left to your own devices!
