What’s Your Reason to Train? 💪🎵🤘
Everyone's "why" is different.
For Wendy, training isn't about chasing a number on the scales or lifting the heaviest weights in the gym.
Her reason?
To be able to walk 30+ miles over a music festival weekend without ending up with a sore back or aching knees.
To have the flexibility to get changed comfortably in a tent.
To have the strength and endurance to enjoy every moment, from the first act to the last encore.
And perhaps most impressively, at 60 years old, to be strong enough to help hold people up while they're crowd surfing!
