“I was hiding in the corner of the gym, doing random workouts so no one could see me”

Sound familiar?

Those were exactly Danielle’s words when she came to me. Low confidence, not happy with how she looked or felt, and completely lost with where to start.

12 weeks later, here’s what she had to say:

But on a serious note, majority of people want the results and the confidence but refuse to do the work that it takes to get there 🤷🏼‍♀️

And being completely honest, a lot of people want a quick fix even though it’s took them years of making bad decisions that got them in this position in the first place.

You need to realise that if it took years of bad decisions to get to where you are now, it’s going to take you years of making the right decisions too.

I could of added a lot more to the list so I might make a part 2 👀

I sometimes hear from my clients that ‘my friends/family say I’m obsessed with the gym’ or they’ll tell me their friends try and make them feel bad for not drinking or eating a sh*t ton of food at a restaurant 🤨

But remember, your progress is someone else’s mirror🪞

And some people don’t like their reflection.

When you start eating better, training harder, looking better, actually building something with your life, the people around you feel it.

And they don’t like it because without you saying a single word, you’re showing them what’s possible and what they’re not willing to do!

So they’ll try and minimise it, they’ll take the p**s out of you, or they’ll tell you that you’ve changed like it’s something to be ashamed of.

Maybe you have changed. GOOD!!! That was the whole point 👏🏽

Don’t apologise for how YOUR reflection makes other people feel. And don’t you dare lower your standards just to make someone else more comfortable with their own choices.

My mind is constantly blown by the ridiculous statements some of these coaches come out with 🤯

Coming on here and saying with your WHOLE CHEST that your clients are in bigger deficits than they should be and STILL not losing weight is absolutely ridiculous 🙃

Calorie deficits have worked since the beginning of time and will always work until the end of time and if you aren’t losing weight in a calorie deficit …then you aren’t in one 🙂

Also, gaining 10lbs of muscle tissue in 4 months???? Especially as a woman??? 🫠 come on now…

THE AUDACITY to call people fatties and telling them to get on a treadmill because they weigh more than you, whilst openly taking Reta, is absolutely crazyyyyyy work 💀

I once weighed 157lbs and still had abs. Weight is not the flex you think it is🤷🏼‍♀️

Making your weight your whole personality and then shaming other women for not being as skinny as you is f*cking disgusting 🤮

How about you take your own advice and ‘get on a treadmill’ instead of using a weight loss jab for a quick fix to stop yourself eating 🙂

Strong > skinny ALWAYS💪🏽
