Gentle reintroduction: Passing!

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬:

🤾‍♀️ Focus on the various passes in netball and when to use them.

🐝🎯🏐 Warm up: Wasp tag & score ball
🤾‍♀️ Recap and pass practice, then into pair pass sequence work
🏐 Then netball!

Pay and Play and Summer!

Thank you to everyone who made it down this eve for our pay and play session! Some lovely play by everyone! Thanks also to Emily for helping with Annya taking a break. No pics as we were busy playing but as this was our last week outdoors, I have put together a little video of our Summer of Fun! Enjoy 🏐

No session next week (31st August) due to the bank holiday, then we return INDOORS at St Bede's on Monday 7th Sept at 7.30pm. Your support of these sessions is very appreciated, so spread the word! See you then! ❤️

Pay and Play Monday 24th August!

Session on Mon the 24th August is a "Pay and Play" week! Pay your £4 and and we play as much netball as possible! Usual 7.30pm start.

We have two courts so can have both in play!

Newcomers welcome as mix teams to support all levels and have regular swops/breaks 🥰

Is your daughter looking to join a netball club or do you know someone who does? West Pennine cater for all age ranges and have teams entered in various leagues. They are particularly looking for girls heading into year 9 & 10 from Sept and have an assessment week on Weds 9th Sept so they can place people in the right group.

Our September 2026 training timetable is here! 🙌

First up is our FREE Taster Morning on Saturday 5th September, 9am–12pm, open to both current and new members. Just drop in and have a go!

🩵 Saturday 12th September - Regular training starts for Reception to Year 8, following the timetable below.

💙 Wednesday 9th September - For Year 9 upwards, we’ll have an assessment session to help us place everyone into the right training group.

Regular Wednesday training will then begin from 16th September, with players training in their allocated groups. 💙🩵

We can’t wait to get the new season started!
