I practiced the new instructions and took a minute off my last sprint tri swim time. If you take out swim to bike transition time I swam for the first time ever just under 10 minutes!! Never done that before. I gave it everything. And I swam without my suit cause Gem was with me and held my coat till the last minute. Thank you so much Boss Man!! Your The Best!! Fantastic orders as always!! Hope your well. Don't take a Bow this time just nod your head!! 👍🤣🤣🐳🐳xx

3k swim today at Windermere. PB by nearly 7 minutes. Ullswater a couple of months ago 1:21:56. Today 1:15:10. Epic 3 series Complete. I gave it bloody everything. Thinking of all those things you bang on about. I ran out of the water, fantastic, then when I pulled up I couldn't stand up. I tried but hit the deck just before the marshalls could catch me!! I didn't Care I knew I'd swam my little feet off!! All down to you!! A Legend aswell as a Bloody Donut!! Thank you so much. I send you photos of Your Medals!! X🐳🐳😁😁
