World championship finished. All my team have done me proud. They have all gone out there and done there best. These guys have dedicated there lives to this for the last several months. I want to thank them for trusting the process for trying to be better everyday and then going out on the biggest stage and performing there best. We only took six fighters and have come back with

Words can't describe how proud of them I am. They have been amazing. The standard has been off the chart and to see these guys reach the levels they have reached has been amazing. Well done everyone

We were at the WKO today in Barnsley. We had a much smaller team that last week but our guys did awesome. Kosta did a great job cheering today after not having a match up. Blake and Dexter had 2 finals against each other with both picking up one gold. Arthur got all the way to the final of the open weight picking up silver and also picking up silver in Ultimate points. Max did amazing today winning one section and silver in another. Georgia was fantastic today picking up 2 golds in both her sections. Miesha picked up a bronze 2 silver including the open weight and won gold in another section. Michael picked a bronze in the open weight but won his other 2 sections. Emilia fought her way to the final picking up silver. Brooke got injured early on but picked up gold in her first section. I won gold in my section. Jacob had a 5 star performance winning gold in all 5 of his sections including the open weight. Well done team, proud of you all.
