Maddy's work out from yesterday.

Maddy's workout from today. Maddy is really enjoying her lifting at the moment and hit a new PB on her Deadlift which she was really pleased with. Maddy is living with a mental illness called Psychotic Depression which she has been battling for two and a half years and she finds exercise a great stress reliever and distraction from the voices that plague her mind.
