MJB Endurance🤝Dargavel and Bishopton Run Club

We're pleased to announce that, from the end of September, a proportion of MJB Endurance's profits will be reinvested directly into the running, sustainability, and development of DBRC.

Each month, MJB Endurance will contribute either 50% of its profits or £100 — whichever is greater — to DBRC.

Every penny of this contribution will benefit DBRC and the wider local community. It cannot be used for any individual's personal benefit. Instead, it will be reinvested into the club to help cover running and development costs, improve what we can offer our members, and support community projects already in progress.

We are currently finalising the DBRC committee, which will include authorised signatories responsible for the club's finances.

Any decision on how DBRC funds are used will go through the appropriate committee process and require sign-off from the authorised signatories. This ensures the funds are properly governed and used for the benefit of the club and its community, rather than being controlled by any one individual.

There is NO COST to attend DBRC sessions, and this will always remain the case.
Our aim is for DBRC to stay an accessible running club where people can train, improve, and be part of the community without needing to pay to take part.

Coach Roz took tonight’s session and took the team up Slateford Road for hill sprints. The weather was horrendous yet still the troops descended upon the bridge in our home of Central Park. Roz then took the group for drills before heading to the hill.
Really strong efforts on what was a tough session and a miserable night. But once again the group showed why DBRC exists. To build a community of like minded people who push on each night. To be a better version of themselves.

🖤❤️Another super DBRC/Coffee Container Sunday Social ❤️🖤

No takers for the 3k route this morning so we split up for the 5k and 10k.

Brilliant company for all, every single ability catered for, great chat even bigger smiles than normal, just a fantastic morning out around our wonderful home.

A big week ahead for DBRC some exciting things happening behind the scenes👀👀👀

Wednesday session being planned as we speak for this week, all abilities welcome and all abilities do attend. I cater the session for everybody…..everybody!!!

Seen you all at the bridge on Wednesday and back to the usual coffee container meeting point on sunday for the social.
