Despite the scoreline, this wasn't a terribly uneven match on court. The girls made some excellent passes and their movement continues to improve, we just struggled to convert the goals.

The scoreline doesn’t really reflect the game. We were solid in defence throughout and created plenty of opportunities, but just couldn’t convert our chances when it mattered. Lots of combinations were tried and tested, and it was great to welcome back some familiar faces after travels and exams. Plenty of positives to take into our next game.

An unlucky loss for the purples tonight. After a rocky first 2 quarters (half term blues i would assume) the girls pulled it back together in the last 2 quarters. Working so well as a unit and also individually. Unfortunately Abbeys defence was just too good in the end but the girls worked so hard throughout!
