That’s a wrap for our very first WELLBEING DAY!!

This was so much more than what we ever expected. So many lovely stall holders and therapists. Not forgetting all you lovely lot coming along supporting us. This really did take blood sweat and tears to organise and I couldn’t of done it without my team of people 💗

We’ve had happy tears, sad tears, laughing so many emotions went in out of the Oscar hall today and that’s all down to our incredible team of therapists that we scouted out to join us today!
You could really feel the love and pure energy from everyone and it was so lovely to be able to give everyone such a nice day.

We’re so excited to welcome Melanie Cardwell as another wonderful exhibitor at our Amelia Rose Wellbeing Day! 🌿🤍

With over 30 years’ experience in natural health, Melanie takes a truly holistic approach to wellbeing, offering herbal medicine, iridology, energy healing, chakra balancing, hypnotherapy and massage. 🌱

Melanie is passionate about helping people restore and maintain their health naturally, believing that prevention is better than cure. She also runs inspiring workshops, classes and foraging walks, sharing practical knowledge and natural ways to support long-term wellbeing. 🍃

She also has an established online herbal pharmacy and offers both face-to-face and remote clinic appointments.
